The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library (EVPL) and Wesselman Woods are teaming up for another celebration of learning about nature! Flash any county library card at the front desk to get into the Nature Center and on the trails for free.

No library card? No problem! Sign up for a card with the EVPL Outreach Team inside the Nature Center. They will also have nature-themed books and storytime kits that you can check out with your new card.

Schedule

• 9-10 AM = Little Eco Scholars: Lichen, Moss, and Fungus

• 10-11 AM = Animal Encounter

• 11 AM - Noon = Storytime

• 2-3 PM = Animal Encounter

• 3-4 PM = Storytime

ALL DAY: Take self-guided hikes with illustrated field guides from the Nature Center. Bring your binoculars and see what you can find on the trails.
