Wesselman Woods is looking for local vendors and sponsors like you to help us make our signature annual events a success! Corporate sponsors can support our mission and be associated with an event that has become very popular in our community. Sponsors will have a significant presence in all communications leading up to the event and at the event itself.

Please note that the sponsorship packages can be modified and enhanced to provide the desired benefits to your organization. We have included various recommended sponsorship package levels and are more than willing to find the right fit for you through identifying the benefits that are attractive to your needs and melding those into a customized sponsor package specifically for your company.

All sponsorships and donations from vendors are tax deductible. After the event, sponsors and vendors will receive a letter confirming their donation for tax purposes.

About US

This plot of old-growth forest is the largest tract of virgin, old-growth forest within any city limits in the United States. As an Indiana Nature Preserve and National Natural Landmark, Wesselman Woods is a surviving remnant of Southern Indiana’s original forests. The mission of Wesselman Nature Society is to preserve and protect Wesselman Woods and Howell Wetlands for future generations through conservation, education, research, and to provide equal access to nature.

Our e-newsletter has over 3880 subscribers and an average open rate of 39%. Our social media following includes: Facebook (over 12,600 followers), Twitter (over 2,000 followers), Instagram (over 2,300 followers), and LinkedIn (over 1,000 followers).

• High-resolution .PNG or vector file of your logo (any of these file extensions will work: .ai, .eps, or .svg) 

• URL to your website

• Any social media handles that you would like us to tag online
