GIVING

Wesselman Woods impacts over 30,000 people a year, but we cannot continue our work without your support.

Let us take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for your support to transform Wesselman Woods. Your contributions have played a pivotal role in the successes we've achieved together. You are bringing Wesselman Woods into a new era.

Your continued support is essential to keep this momentum going.

Help us reach $50,000!

Our goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of the year. With a generous $25K match, this goal is definitely attainable! $50 becomes $100. $100 becomes $200. $250 becomes $500.

Everything that you do at Wesselman Woods matters to future generations. Now is the time to radically increase your environmental and ecological presence. It matters to you, to the planet, and to everyone on it, this year, next year, in 10 years, and beyond.

Support from the City of Evansville Endowment Foundation led to the creation of a larger and more interactive space for you to learn about the maple syrup making process.

With the backing of the Alcoa Foundation and AARP, you can walk newly elevated boardwalk trails on the Southwest and Mini-loop sections, providing better accessibility for all abilities. Photo by Andrew Layer.

Your voice was heard. You asked for more involvement at Howell Wetlands and it led to a stronger staff and program presence there. You may have also noticed better maintained trails and amenities during work hours.

Your gift is critical as you help us design and develop this new ecosystem so it can be enjoyed for generations to come. With this expansion, we, together, have the opportunity to combat climate change at the local level by increasing education, conservation, and research at Wesselman Woods through this reforestation project.
