Become A Sponsored Classroom
Wesselman Woods is offering tuition for a 2 hour classroom program at the nature preserve to promote equal access to nature and environmental education.
This financial assistance program is made possible thanks to generous members of the community who donate to cover the program fees.
What will the sponsored classroom receive?:
Knowledge about the local environment and ecosystems.
Information geared towards current curriculum in the classroom.
Meet and greet with animal ambassadors.
The classroom will have the option of choosing between Wesselman Woods or Howell Wetlands for their program.
Please note:
Availability of sponsored classroom tuition is dependent on the kindness of people in the community. We will contact classrooms based on need and on a first-come, first-served basis as sponsorships become available.
To make the most of your educational experience, we ask that you include no more than 35 children per session. If you have more children in your classroom, we ask that you submit another form or call the office to make special arrangements.
