Restoring Native Landscapes: Invasive Plant Removal

Free Members-Only Event!

This program teaches participants how to identify common invasive plant species, understand their impact on local ecosystems, and safely remove them using proper techniques and tools. Whether you are a volunteer, conservation enthusiast, or simply interested in protecting native habitats, this class provides valuable knowledge and practical experience while promoting responsible environmental stewardship. Membership is required to participate and attendees must be at least 18 years of age.

A “thank you” hike for our members!

In honor of members like you, we are hosting a series of hikes with staff members to ring in the new year with a breath of fresh air.

Join Zach Garcia on Friday, February 2, or Derek Walsh on Saturday, February 3, for one of their 45-minute guided hikes.

All ages are welcome! Each 45-minute session will be limited to 20 signups. These hikes will be hosted rain or shine (but, in case of more severe weather, this event will be rescheduled).
